Business Development Manager / Sales Manager (in a media buying agency)

Your responsibilities:
  • Your core responsibility is to both strategically and operationally grow our advertiser portfolio;
  • You conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and new opportunities for business growth;
  • You participate in selected events to represent Adsbalance at industry events locally and abroad;
  • You acquire and negotiate deals with new advertisers;
  • You maintain long-term relationships with clients and find ways for scaling campaigns to grow our company profits;
  • You work closely with internal teams: Media Buying, Finance.
  • Fluent English is a must (you will mostly work with foreign customers);
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Business Development and Sales, preferably in online advertising industry;
  • Excellent sales and interpersonal skills, proven ability to find and successfully close and develop deals;
  • An exceptionally motivated person, looking to strive at what they do in a dynamic company;
  • Extremely organised and capable of handling multiple ad hoc requests simultaneously;
  • Desire and ability to learn and dig deep into new things every day.
